TODDKLAPATAUSKAS
 
Todd Klapatauskas is happily married to his wife of 13 years, Kathleen. They have three children Charlie age 8, Abigail 5, and Leah age 2. Todd grew up in northern Wisconsin in the small town of Thorp (about 4 hours north of Dubuque). The son of a logger and teacher, Todd has committed his practice to helping those who have been injured, harmed or wrongfully accused.
 
Todd received his bachelors degree from Loras College in 1995 while majoring in history. Todd then went to Creighton University and received his juris doctorate in 1998. Todd began at RnK in the fall of 1998.
 
Todd practices primarily in personal injury, criminal defense, workers
compensation, administrative law and mental health. When Todd is not serving as an attorney, he is a women’s college basketball official and travels across the Midwest during the winter basketball season. When he is not working, Todd spends all of his free time with his family playing baseball, soccer, swimming and whatever else the kids want to do.
 
Todd is a member of the following professional organizations:
Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National College for DUI Defense.
